Justice

The image of Martin Luther King Jr. is used for the Justice card because he has come to symbolize a 'just nature'. What is striking is that when we experience cosmic justice 'the content of our character' is what is tested. That 'character' is what we are given in this life, and it is our task to live up to that said same 'dream' that Dr. King so eloquently discusses. This card often appears when we are being tested, and must fund a will and a way when there seems there is none. Although, universal justice doesn't always run in accordance with human justice, there is always an equitable balance archived. The laws of karma also apply to this card, and can signal the beginning or completion of a cosmic cycle. Known as one of the four cardinal virtues (justice, prudence, temperance, and fortitude (strength) justice is such because it is humanly achievable through effort aided by grace.
